San Miguel

The San Miguel Residence is a custom home currently under construction in Paradise Valley, designed entirely by designtank with architecture and interiors developed as a single cohesive vision. The exterior draws on a textured brick screen facade and layered roofline to create privacy and shade without sacrificing light, while the interior unfolds around a series of connected courtyard spaces, a central lap pool, and living areas that dissolve the boundary between inside and out. The material palette carries that same intention throughout, from the custom copper pendants and walnut millwork in the kitchen to the dramatic powder room finished floor to ceiling in deep burgundy tile.
