The 20th Street Residence is a custom home currently under construction in Paradise Valley, designed by designtank with architecture and interiors developed as a unified vision. The home is organized around a series of connected outdoor rooms, with a central lap pool and spa anchoring the rear of the property and a generous casita completing the compound. Natural stone, clean plaster volumes, and floor-to-ceiling glass carry throughout, creating a quiet continuity between the interior living spaces and the carefully landscaped grounds.
